Our Fee Proposal:
Our fee proposal is handed to you upfront, as soon as possible after our initial site visit. We think it’s important you know an approximate cost of your project from the outset. Wherever possible we will work with you, the design, the chosen contractor and our suppliers to ensure all costs are kept down while not compromising on quality and the concept of the design solution.
We have over 30 years’ experience and so can estimate an approximate construction cost for your project. Unlike other practices our design fees are not based on the construction cost of the project. Should the scope of the project reduce, our fees adjust accordingly.
3D modelling and sketches can be created for more in-depth design evaluation and as part of a feasibility stage, client approval or for marketing purposes. Land surveys, flood risk assessments, party wall schedule of conditions and feasibility studies can all be provided for an agreed additional fee, if required, and incorporated into your tailor-made design service package.
All our additional services are carried out in-house.
